Chevrolet Unveils 2016 Silverado Updates
When it comes to having a truck that will get the job done, there is nothing better than the Chevrolet Silverado. And, the public seems to agree, since Silverado sales are up 14.6% through June of this year. Now, Chevrolet is sharing the news about some exciting 2016 Silverado updates.
“The redesigned 2016 Silverado will build on Chevy Trucks’ legacy of dependability. It will feature a more muscular appearance and offer new customer-focused technologies,” said Sandor Piszar, marketing director for Chevy Trucks, in a statement. “New front end designs with bold horizontal elements, sculpted hoods and dramatic lighting reflect the strength and refinement that have helped make Silverado the fastest growing full-size pickup brand this year.”
In addition to styling changes, the 2016 Silverado will have expanded use of eight-speed automatic transmissions, more safety technology, and available support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The 2016 Chevrolet Silverado will be coming out this fall, just in time for tailgating season. So, start making your plans now. If you’re itching to get behind the wheel of the new Silverado, let us know here at Crossroads Automotive and we’ll let you know when the new trucks arrive.
